At Continent Brands USA, we are committed to delivering your products quickly, accurately, and cost-effectively. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders for both our manufacturer partners and government clients.
1. Order Processing
1.1 E-commerce Partners (Manufacturers, Importers, Wholesalers)
- Orders placed through our retail partners (such as Amazon, Wayfair, Home Depot, Overstock, etc.) are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise specified.
- Product listings, inventory levels, and shipping timelines are managed in coordination with our vendors to ensure accuracy.
1.2 Government Clients
- Orders placed under government contracts are processed according to the terms outlined in the contract or purchase order.
- Same-day shipping may be available for in-stock items when orders are received before the designated cut-off time.
2. Shipping Methods
2.1 Standard Shipping
We primarily utilize ground shipping for domestic orders. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on location.
2.2 Expedited Shipping
Expedited and priority shipping options are available upon request and may incur additional costs.
2.3 APO/FPO & Military Addresses
We proudly ship to APO/FPO and other U.S. military addresses in compliance with postal guidelines.
2.4 International Shipping
We provide international logistics support and shipping services for eligible orders. Customs duties, taxes, and import regulations are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise agreed.
3. Drop Shipping Model
- For e-commerce partners, most products are shipped directly from the manufacturer or vendor to the end customer (drop shipping).
- Continent Brands coordinates all aspects of the process including order forwarding, shipping labels, and tracking updates.
- Processing and shipping times may vary based on the vendor’s location and product availability.
4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are determined based on weight, dimensions, delivery speed, and destination.
- For government contracts, shipping costs will be billed according to contract terms or included in the quoted pricing.
- For e-commerce orders, shipping costs may be passed through to customers in line with retailer policies.
5. Tracking & Delivery
- Once shipped, tracking information will be provided to the retailer, client, or government agency as applicable.
- Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, carrier issues, or customs clearance are outside our control.
6. Damages, Delays & Lost Shipments
- If an order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify us within 7 business days of delivery (or expected delivery).
- We will work with the carrier and/or manufacturer to resolve the issue promptly.
- For government shipments, claims will be handled in accordance with the applicable contract terms.
7. Restrictions
- Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulatory compliance.
- Hazardous materials and oversized items may require special handling or freight arrangements.
