We encourage you to review our Terms & Conditions carefully. By engaging with our services or purchasing products through Continent Brands USA, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.

1. Returns & Inspections

• All returns must comply with our Return & Refund Policy. Returns that do not meet policy requirements will not be accepted.
• All returned products are subject to inspection upon receipt at our facility or the facility designated by the manufacturer/vendor.
• Following inspection, we will determine eligibility for credit, replacement, exchange, or repair.
• Return processing may take up to 7 business days from the date the return is received.

2. Defective Items

• Defective items are eligible for return within 30 calendar days of delivery unless otherwise restricted by manufacturer or contract terms.
• Government clients must reference the invoice or purchase order date when submitting return requests.
• Products restricted by manufacturers as “non-returnable” cannot be returned to Continent Brands USA. In such cases, the manufacturer’s warranty or replacement policy will apply.

3. Missing or Altered Product Labels

• Products with missing or altered UPC codes, serial numbers, barcodes, or certification labels (UL, CE, etc.) will not be accepted for return.
• Items with counterfeit or tampered labels are automatically disqualified from return eligibility.
• Only the original product manufacturer may authorize replacement of defective items missing a valid UPC or product identification code.

4. Non-Defective Returns

• Returns of non-defective items may be accepted at the sole discretion of Continent Brands USA if permitted by the manufacturer.
• Non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and may be refunded as store credit or partial refund.
• Non-defective return requests must be initiated within 30 calendar days of the invoice date.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

• Software, digital licenses, and consumables (e.g., toner, ink cartridges, tapes, batteries).
• Customized or special-order products.
• Items sold as clearance, final sale, or “as is.”
• Government orders designated as non-returnable under contract terms.

6. Packaging & Condition Requirements

• All returns must be shipped in original packaging and include all accessories, manuals, cables, and manufacturer-provided materials.
• Improperly packaged, physically damaged, or altered products will be rejected.
• Items returned in non-qualified shipping containers, without proper documentation, or exhibiting tampering will not be accepted.

7. Risk of Loss in Transit

• We strongly encourage customers to insure return shipments.
• Continent Brands USA is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit to our facilities.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Continent Brands USA shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business, revenue, or profits, resulting from product issues, returns, or delays.
• Our liability is limited to the replacement, repair, or refund of the original purchase price of the product in accordance with these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be handled in accordance with applicable jurisdiction and contract requirements.

10. Updates to Terms

Continent Brands USA reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted with a revised Effective Date.
